PRE 2260 dosing System with AH counter, pH control and temperature monitoring for electroplating and electro chemical industries

The universal dosing and metering system PRE 2260 includes an ampere hour meter, a measurement of the pH and also of the temperature. It was designed to be used in electroplating and chemical processes. PRE 2260 features easy programming of adding consumable to an electroplating bath. It includes a clear and easy monitoring of flowed ampere hours, the pH and the temperature in an electro-chemical process. The benefits of this process control unit includes: 

• An Ah-counter with four easy programmable feed relays for adding consumable like brightener or leveling agents  to control your electrochemical and galvanic processes.
• Two additional relays to control the pH with acid and alkali
• An interface mV (-600 - +600 mV) to connect a pH probe (probe and sensor cable is supplied as an option).
• One PT1000 temperature measurement input.
• 0-10 V, 0-60 mV or 0-20 mA inputs are aviable to connect the Ah-counter to your electroplating rectifier.
• A direct current flow can be measured from 1 A to 99999 A.
• Due to the large-format backlit LCD displays all parameters and conditions are clearly visible in clear language.
• By a 95 Db BEEPER instructions and warnings can be perceived even in noisy production environment
  

The process control unit 2260 PRE is free configurable in English or German language. Due to the high quality anodized aluminum housing it allows operation in harsh industrial environments. The PRE 2260 controller communicates via RS232  or USB interface with an existing PLC or other controllers.
