Simplified bath monitoring through standard integrated amp-hour meter (Ah-Counter)

ampere hour electroplating rectifierElectrical and electrochemical processes must be checked and serviced regularly. In general, the intervals in which wetting agents, salts, chemicals or other additives are added by the number of ampere-hours.

In the precious metal electroplating (gold, silver, platinum, ruthenium) can be calculated directly from the number of ampere-hours the consumption of precious metals. This option of Kirchner electroplating rectifiers provides an easy control over the amount of metal deposited on workpieces and the remaining quantity of precious metal in the galvanic bath.

The Kirchner-plating DC power supplies for each channel its own Ah-Counter. This makes it possible with a single device to monitor up to four plating baths.  Each of the four channels of electroplating rectifier may be reset independently.
